Our beach front condo is rentalable monthly beginning April 2025.  The monthly rental rate varies by the time of year.  Our condo building (the Chalet of San Marco) allows rentals of at least a month each quarter of the year.  Check our booking site or message us for availlability and cost.  .

The property has 2 bedrooms, 3 baths, and is 1936 square feet.

Since the property has 2 bedrooms,, we allow a maximum of 4 occupants (2 per bedroom)

We do not allow pets for renters.  We do allow children and they are allowed in the facility, and count toward the maximum occupancy of 4.  children not toilet trained are allowed in the facility pool provided they wear a swim diaper.  

Pool, hot tub, exercise room, beach walkway, pickleball courts, tennis courts, covered parking, social room available for rent / use, and shuffleboard coarts,   

No, the property is a condo and does not have a  "garage", but does have a covered parking spot in a carport.

We prefer 90+ day rentals during the prime season (Christmas to Easter), but will accomodate a minimu of 30 day stays  during the offseason (from Easter to Christmas).  Since our building does not have short term rental you will not have transient neighbors.  Visit our booking site (here) or message us (here) for cost and availbility.
